Terms and conditions

1. This prize promotion is only open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees of Musgrave Retail Partners GB Ltd and their immediate families, their agencies and retail partners or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
2. TO ENTER: Complete the entry form which can be found at: www.Budgens.co.uk/samba, fill in your details including full name, surname, address, postcode, telephone number and email address.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. The promotion closes at 11.59pm on 17.07.14. Entries received after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
6. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, corrupted, delayed or incomplete entries.
7. THE PRIZE consists of a samba party for the winner and 9 friends at the winner's home. The prize includes buffet of traditional Brazilian food and Caipirinha cocktails, sufficient for 10 people (please advise of any dietary requirements at time of prize confirmation), party decorations and piñata, Xbox One, Just Dance and Zumba Fitness. On the day, a chef will come to the winner's home to prepare the food and drinks. The decorations and games will be delivered prior to the party date, please allow 28 days' notice for delivery of consumer goods to your home or work address and you will need to be at your nominated address at the delivery time confirmed in order to take receipt of the Prize and once booked, the delivery cannot be cancelled or amended. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize must be taken by the end of August 2015 (subject to availability). There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
8. The winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries to be conducted w/c 21st July 2014. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. All entries must be made through the website detailed above.
10. The winner will be contacted by within 28 days of the draw date and will be sent their voucher with full details of how to redeem their prize. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve re-drawn.
11. The winner's name will be available 28 days after closing date at your local Budgens store.
12. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize.
14. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this competition but it is not obligatory. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
15. The promoter will handle any data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
