VOIP Modem/Router

I am looking for a wireless VOIP ADSL modem/router to replace an existing USB ADSL modem.

The main requirement is for maximum flexibility on the VOIP side. That includes the ability to connect two analogue phones to make and receive both VOIP and analogue calls (by choice) and with automatic fallback to PSTN in case of power failure.

Both phones should also be able to have the same VOIP and PSTN phone numbers assigned to them.

Wireless should include 801.11g with WPA.

I had considered the Draytek Vigor 2600VG but VOIP flexibility is poor and it does not provide for fallback to PSTN on power failure.

Also considered Zyxel Prestige 2602HWL but unsure of its WPA implementation. Does anyone know about this?

Or anything else?
