Given that that I'm old and getting forgetful and all I have done so far with my wife's Kindle is download books from Amazon to my computer to then read on her Kindle, even she can download them straight to the Kindle, I have to use my computer,
how would I go about sending and receiving email on my Virginmedia account while I am abroad on holiday?
In case my Virginmedia account doesn't work I have a gmail account.
Mostly to send holiday pictures to an insufferable friend who is forever sending me holiday pictures, usually of the pint he is drinking in some pub somewhere.
He holidays in UK, I'm going to Italy.:j and the hotel has free wifi.
I never usually bother about email while on holiday but he is urinating me off and calling me nasty names about my Kindle abilities.

Can you connect to your home wifi with the Kindle?. If so, do the same with the hotel wifi and google Virginmail or gmail.
