I placed an order with this company on 2nd June for an ink cartridge, waited 2 weeks and no ink so obviously it has gone missing.
I emailed them - No reply.
Emailed again a day later- No reply.
Phoned up and got through to someone who "does not deal with these queries" and the person who does will ring me back in a hour.
24hours later received a phone call, apologise and will send a replacement by recorded delivery on Monday.
2 weeks later still no ink so I emailed again - No reply.
Emailed again a day later - No reply.
Tried phoning them again today - No answer.
So now it has been 5 weeks and I still havent got my ink from them (had to buy a replacement off Ebay).
They do not answer my emails nor phone calls.
Any ideas what I can do next as this has gone beyond a joke.
