Just had a letter back from UKPC... PCN has been cancelled!!

I did what you said Dee140157 and sent a photocopy of the proof of postage, the original letter and another covering one just saying in brief what you said, and got a letter back today!

Thanks for all your help everyone, I was slightly doubtful (as I'm sure everyone is with their first one) as to if I'd end up paying or not... But I was proven very wrong!

Now, do us all a favour and tell all your friends about the private car park management charade, the business model of which is principally aimed at issuing penalties to motorists and relieving them of eye-watering amounts of money. As you now know, they can be seen off with help from the forum.

Use Facebook and Twitter to tell your friends, and ask them to pass on the message to their friends. The more people know, the more sense we can knock into this system.
