Item not received

I won a clothing item on 18/05 for 50p plus postage and paid on the same day. The seller has not indicated it is dispatched and it hasn't arrived. I messaged her through ebay on 01/06 stating it hasn't arrived but no answer. When i go to ebay to "Ask a question" it says the estimated arrival time of the item is 17/06 and if it hasn't arrived by then i can go to through the resolution process.
Where have they got this date from?
Would you wait until then?

Where is it coming from? That estimated date sound like economy international shipping to me.

If the date is that long away it is likely you bought from a non UK seller that was perhaps not evident when you bid.

Check out the feedback page as it shows the country of registration and also shows if other people have mentioned delays.

The item location is birmingham and she picked economy delivery. She's definitely a Uk based seller just selling off her own 2nd hand stuff.
There has been no feedback since 18/05 but its all positive going back 6 months, one neutral in December (about postal delay)

Then bypass Ebay and open an INR on Paypal.

Check where the seller registered. Does it say registered in China?

Ebay needs to take action agasint sellers who do this. It is not limited to sellers in China. I have purchased other items which boast same day dispatch. However they do not mention this is same day dispatch from Eastern Europe.

Sellers should be banned or restricted if they state they are in the UK and aren't or use a system where items are dispatched from outside of the UK.

She's nothing to do with anything outside of the UK! she's just a woman in Birmingham UK selling off her old clothes, who doesnt know how to use ebay properly

Sorry i forgot to update.
I opened a case via paypal in the end and won. I never did hear back at all from the seller - i reckon she never sent the item atall.

I've just posted a thread as I have a panicked buyer who has been told the estimated date for delivery of the item he bought from me (and was posted Monday) is 18th August! It's not anything I've done, and when I look at the order details it says 'No estimate available'.

So yet another ebay glitch.
