alton tower, how to use vouchers

we have "2 for one" vouchers that would like to use, when going to alton tower. My question is, will there be a queue at the entrance in the morning to buy tickets? Is it possible to use the 2 for one vouchers online so that we can book everything in advance and take advantage of the online discount as well?
thank you

I don't think that you can use them online (although else someone may know better) and it will probably say on the ticket somewhere 'not to be used in conjunction with any other offer' so that you can't get any other discount.

You'll have to queue up with everyone else for your tickets on the day.

no you have to queue up at the ticket kiosks to use your 2 for one vouchers.

We were there using them in May half term, 10.15am, all the ticket kiosks right in front of the entrance turnstiles were open so we didn't have to queue at all to get our tickets. There was also a cash only portacabin at the end of the ticket kiosks that you could also have used :).

I should mention that the first ticket kiosks you come to when you are walking in rather than taking the monorail in, where you collect pre-ordered tickets as well as buy tickets, had massive queues at that time of the morning.
