This chap needs to get into a real studio and make this into a single. What a shame we don't have Top of The Pops any more!!!!! This would DEFINITELY make it into the charts

How about everyone who got a refund on charges donate 1 or 2% to get this produced... it would be amazing if this made the charts, come on... can someone look into the costs involved?:beer:

I can get this set up for a chart registered download on pc and mobile if there is will to get this done. I worked on the 'WAR' single (tony blair look alike) which got to number 21 just using this method and got a track to number 35 last week just on mobile orders.

If people want to do this it is very doable...and might be fun.

what do you reckon? Martin?

(BTW - Lloyds just settled with me today - charges, interest and court fees PLUS all additional charges they have hit the account with since the first letter i sent)

Wouldn't cost much - once you have it recorded about £100 to get the data together and register the track, £200 to get it encoded and up on a chart registered store and sms number. Distribution to itunes etc. is all based on revenue share model. A bit of time...

We would need to clear the publishing for the original track which i believe is held by Sony, that is pretty standard and i would be surprised if they refused. If you are happy then i will speak to them once i have spoken to the singer. I am trying to get in touch with Daniel James to see if he is happy to release this but i don't have a direct contact for him. Does anyone else?

Could be a lot of fun for everyone, make a good point and we could donate the proceeds to the legal fund?

Have spoken to the singer and he is up for it! Anyone know any money savers who have a recording studio they could lend us for a few hours to get this re-recorded? Volunteers on this project welcome!
