    You learn something new every day - Although I think the IEEE has pretentions of globalization, and does have a UK section.

    This is my husband and my sons bible (that and the on site guide). Hubby was taught to the 16th edition but my son is being taught to the 17th.

    Both IET and IEEE have international sections. IET has close links with UK education, UK government and UK industry and is active from technician level up to Chartered Engineer..
    loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
