Cheap parking in Cardiff on a weekend

I'm looking for somewhere to park around the Motorpoint Arena for a Sat afternoon and Sunday, I've seen a private book in advance car park advertised on parkopedia.co.uk for £4 a day, but that seems a bit too good to be true. Can anyone help?

There is an open air carpark for motorpoint and millennium stadium daytime events on Herbert st just on the outskirts of the centre, which I think is about £4-5 per day, but gets locked overnight at about 6pm..
or you can park on Cathedral road, just a 10min walk from the centre and its an unrestricted public road 24/7, just find a space and walk in..0
