  • mysty,I had a little nosey at your other posts:o ,is this the same house that you are talking about in your other posts about the survey results?
It looks like you are worried about alot more than where the fence should be.
Please let us know how its going and what you decide.
If you are going for the house then this forum is a great place to get hints, tips and great advice about all the ins and outs of being a home owner.:D
You can post questions asking for advice on the usual price for repairs etc.
Might be seeing alot of you on here then.:rotfl:
    Keep us posted .:D :D:D

Yes it is the same house and I did manage to get her to reduce the price based on the survey....and I am going for the house..am not in love with it...but I do like it and I Want something I can call my home...and do wat I want to it. Its also conveniently located. The solicitor will draw up a letter that both myself and the neighbour will sign saying we will move the boundarys within 12 months and that we will pay 50% each...so hopefully this will be done soon.

Yes this is a great forum and u will see more of me also.

Thanks so much...if nothing else i must say this has helped my stress levels...
