Template to close unused store card account

Hi all,

I did my Credit Expert check, and found that there was a store card on my file with CREATION FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD showing as Satisfactory. I have not used it in about 10 years, so was very surprised to see it still there!

Is there a template that anyone can point me to cancel this?

Also found I had a Halifax current account that hasnt been used in years with £0.00 balance, likewise can someone please point me to a template to close.

Just write a letter explaining what you want

Please close my Credit Card account 1234987623458765 with immediate effect and notify the closure to all the credit reference agencies.

Please notify me in writing when this has been done.

Phone them. I've closed cards by phone, can't be arsed with writing letters.
