    Just Sky+d it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It will be a 5 minute slot, and focusing on the way PPCs try to avoid giving out POPLA codes, or issue them too late for motorists to appeal.

Their researchers have spoken to all the *right* people about this, and been advised not to use the F word, or to trust the mendacity of the BPA.

Whether any of that gets reflected in the programme, remains to be seen.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

    1. 'Some old garbage' blah about 'Park Mark Awards' and Parking Charters'.

    2. We are 'driving up standards in the parking industry'.

    3. We 'put the customer at the heart of our thinking'.

    4. We like soundbites! Makes us sound big and clever and almost professional.

    5. We'll pretend we are a 'regulator' when it suits us to be assumed to be one - e.g. when lobbying Parliament. But we are not really a regulator when challenged to act.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
