Condensor dryer help!

Please help! I have hotpoint ultima set and forget condensor dryer. I've noticed lately that its not 'beeping' at me when the water drawer is full anymore. I know I should empty it, but always forget, but it used to stop and beep at me until I emptied it. Lately it hasn't and just carries on, thus resulting in water flooding all over the floor if I've forgotten to empty it.

Is this something simple to fix, or something major wrong? I do hope not as my washer is about to pack up (also hotpoint...grrrrr) and I can't really stretch to a new dryer.

I have looked around the internet, but can't find an answer!

Any help would be appreciated :-)

There has to be a sensor in the water drawer. It's either dirty or faulty.
