Littlewoods not picking up faulty stock

I have a littlewoods account. In April I ordered some shoes. About 4 weeks later they started to split so I rang customer service who sent a new pair out. Then arranged pick up from my address the following day for the faulty pair.
No one came. I then rang and got no where and asked to speak to a manager who called me back. To his credit he did offer me a gesture of goodwill and rearranged a new pick up. This day has now passed and again no one came.
I am now getting fed up of arranging pick ups and no one coming. It's a wasted day for us. Two in fact.
What can I do about this?
