Where to buy Dulux Paint?

Hi, we need to buy about 20 ltrs of paint to do our house, it's going to be Dulux and we've decided on the colours but none of the big shops sells the finish we want (soft sheen), I can only find it ordering directly from Dulux.

Is there any other place I could buy it cheaper? (we are in Surrey).

Thanks!

Have you asked your local B&Q type place to order it in?

No, I didn't think I could do it as it's not available for sale on their website.. but will try, thanks.

Find your local Dulux Trade Centre and use them. Far better paint than the DIY sheds sell.

Plenty of Dulux Decorator centres, if you have a friend in the trade use their discount or ask them to buy it for you.

Thanks, I checked online as it's not too far but the colours we want are not there (maybe they can mix them, but not sure...), and also the price is almost double than on the Dulux website..

The Dulux trade centre will mix any of their colours in any paint you require.

Thanks, the one I can see on the trade centre is called "vinyl soft sheen", is this the same as the normal soft sheen that can be bought at a DIY store? (just not sure what the "vinyl" means..)

It will be the same, trade centers generally have Vinyl Matt or Vinyl Silk - I think the Soft sheen is a slight mix of the two.... but I may be wrong

Yes, it's something in between, that's why we like it.. it's not completely matt but not too shiny either. We've used it on other rooms and it's a very good finish.

But I've checked again and price is more than double than Dulux website.. I understand it's a better quality, but it's a lot of money...

We like soft sheen too! It is easy to wipe clean. We have bought ours from Homebase and had it mixed in our choice of colour. Not cheap at about £25 for 2.5 litres and £42 for 5 litres, but worth it.
