not sippdeal, sorry thy're called youinvest now
anyway they just sent me a P60, which says I am an employee, with a works number and everything. It's obviously a zero hours contract because they haven't paid me anything. But I have been employed all year so do you think I can claim holiday pay?
put alternatively !!!!!!?

As above.
My wife has a pension in draw down with youinvest and has received a P60 for zero.
I have a pension in draw down with them and have received a P60 detailing the £2k odd I drew last tax year.
All perfectly normal and as to be expected.0 -

I received 2 in the last month (p60s, that is) on a couple of lifetime annuities. Both saying to be handed to new employer. Yeah, right, that's likely.0

Well somebody is clearly confused. P60s are not to be handed to new employer, P45 is the form for that :cool:0
