Support Equestrian Team GBR at the World Equestrian Games™ in Normandy, France, 2014 PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering this prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions and to the use of your name in conjunction with the prize draw and publication of any list of names. You also agree that, if selected as the winner, you may be asked to take part in publicity activities. If you do not agree, please do not submit your entry.
2. To enter, simply enter your details in the form hosted on www.landroverprizedraw.co.uk
3. Entry is free.
4. The prize draw is open from 09:00 on Friday 16th May 2014 to 09:00 on Monday 4th August 2014.
5. The prize draw is open to all residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 23 years or over. Proof of age will be required from all prize draw winners. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize draw is not open to residents of the off-shore islands of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. The winner and guests must be available to travel to and from France from 27th August to 1st September 2014 included.
6. No employees, agents or suppliers of the Promoter, its retailer network and associated companies or their families will be eligible to take part in the prize draw.
7. Participants may submit up to one valid entry. Any additional entries will not be included in the draw.
8. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries; and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid.


9. The prize is from 27th August until 1st September 2014 for one winner and three guests of their choice and any age, and comprises:

• loan of a Land Rover Discovery vehicle or other Land Rover vehicle depending on availability, with a full tank of fuel, from the winner’s home address in the UK for the six days duration of the prize.
• return ferry tickets from Portsmouth to Normandy for the Land Rover vehicle and for four persons on 27th August and 1st September 2014 (see relevant ferry ticket terms and conditions at http://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/faq/booking-information
• tickets and VIP hospitality at the Official Games Village in Caen (on Thursday 28th, Friday 29th and Sunday 31st August 2014) as well as Le Pin on Saturday 30th August 2014
• two rooms for four nights' bed and breakfast accommodation at the 5* MGallery Grand Hotel Cabourg, Jardin du Casino, 14390 Cabourg, France, arriving 28th August and departing 1st September 2014.

The winner will receive a daily allowance (as determined by the Promoter) to contribute towards subsistence costs over and above those already booked and paid for. Insurance cover for the Land Rover vehicle will be provided with it. The prize does not include travel of guests to and from the prize winner’s address, unscheduled transportation to France and back to the UK, food and drink, fuel, travel insurance, health insurance, personal expenditure or incidental costs (other than where mentioned).
10. The winner and each guest must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of outward travel. Any winner and guest who will drive the Land Rover vehicle must hold a full UK driving licence for at least two years and be aged over 23 years. The Promoter’s terms and conditions for use of the Land Rover vehicle apply and are available from [EMAIL="Alex.huntley@fasttrackagency.com"]Alex.huntley@fasttrackagency.com[/EMAIL]. The Promoter will not be liable to any winner for failure of the winner or any guest to obtain the relevant entry documentation, including but not limited to, visas, any travel costs and other monies incurred.
11. Participants may only win one prize throughout the duration of the prize draw.
12. A winner will be chosen at random on Monday 4th August 2014.
13. The winner of the prize will be contacted by telephone within two working days from Monday 4th August 2014 and asked to confirm their name and e-mail address; and that they accept the prize. If the successful winner cannot be contacted within two working days after the first attempt to contact them then then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
14. In the event that any winner is unable to take up the prize for any reason they must notify the Promoter’s nominated agency, Fast Track, at the address in clause 19 immediately. In this circumstance, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. If the Promoter subsequently discovers the winner is ineligible, or foul play is suspected under these terms and conditions then the Promoter reserves the right to not award the prize and another participant will be selected at random as the winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. Winners accept that the prize or any element of it could be cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoter and no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.
17. There is no cash or credit alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
18. In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Promoter's negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any aspect of the prize.
22. The prize may be subject to certain third parties’ terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) terms and conditions of the ferry operator and the accommodation provider. In particular, all Alltech FEI World Equestrian GamesTM tickets and hospitality are issued subject to the Federation Equestre Internationale’s terms and conditions.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and the prize draw.
24. The Promoter will use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at http://www.jaguarlandrover.com/gl/en/about-us/privacy-policy/, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information by the Promoter for the following purposes: in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry; for the purposes outlined in clause 19 above; for sharing with organisations assisting with the conduct of the prize draws and fulfilment of the prize; and for contacting you regarding its various product and service promotions or other related communications. Should entrants wish not to be contacted by the Promoter, they should email the Promoter’s nominated agency at the email address in clause 19.
25. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-out of future correspondence in any subsequent communications.
