nationwide credit card

changed to interest free card in march and transferred money 28/4. somehow nationwide moved me 300 miles,2 bills showing full card number sent to false address.after 5 working days managed to talk to someone.i have been vunerable to card cloning and identity theft. been told they will get back to me by 24th june. so beware nationwide do not do customer care and do not deliver on promises

If it was a false address presumably Royal Mail couldn't deliver the bills and would return them to Nationwide. How did you find out about these bills?somehow nationwide moved me 300 miles,2 bills showing full card number sent to false address.
You mean you were kept on the phone for 5 days or you were queueing in a branch for 5 days?after 5 working days managed to talk to someone.

Now I can agree with you; that delay is something to be upset about.been told they will get back to me by 24th june.
