1. Prize: 1 winner will win a trip for two to New York for 3 nights. Prize includes: Return economy flights from London to New York; New York transfers to hotel; 3 nights shared accommodation in 4-star hotel (double or twin room), plus a breakfast allowance of $15 per person per breakfast and dinner allowance of $30 per person per dinner. Prize must be taken before end of February 2015. Pound Sterling accurate as at 7 May 2014 and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. Guest must be over the age of 18 at time of travel.

1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
2. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the date of the draw and must respond to winner notification within 14 days of initial notification, to confirm eligibility criteria. If a winner is not contactable or does not confirm compliance with the eligibility criteria, or if the winner fails to return contact within 14 days of initial notification and reasonable efforts have been made to contact them, the winner will be disqualified and a reserve entrant contacted in the same manner and asked to provide contact details as set out.
4. Further Prize Details:
   • a. Prize must be booked with the Promoter’s nominated agency;
   • b. Prize must be booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of proposed stay;
   • c. Prize will not be available to be taken over English bank holidays;
   • d. Once booked, trip cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
   • e. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part if a winner is unable to attend;
   • f. Travel tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
   • g. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel, drinks or any other costs of a personal nature not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs;
   • h. Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is mandatory and is the responsibility of the winner and their guest;
   • i. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize;
   • j. The prize winners and their guests are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winners and their guests;
   • k. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.
   • l. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
