2 different credit cards or joint CC - what is best for your credit rating

Hi,
I am not sure if they offer joint credit cards for couples. If they do would that make a difference (for credit rating) if we apply for 2 different cards or for one as a joint application?
In other words - what would be better to ensure consistently good credit rating (assuming repayment in full).
Many thanks

You can' t have a joint card.

You will each need one to improve your credit files.

Thank you. Was not sure about that. I knew last time we both had one but it must have been as a second cardholder with one person as a holder then.
