Just been trying to buy insurance online but failed both for a MasterCard CC & a Visa Debit card. The 'Verified by' window reports 'Cannot process at this time' code 'AT' after entering security info. Retailer website then reports 'cannot take payment from card'.
As they were different cards is there a general system problem? This was about 35 mins ago.
