Barclaycard admit mis selling ppi but low refund

Hi
First time post
I had a Barclayloan from 1998-2000 which I successfully claimed ppi for recently. So I decided to try for a barclaycard I had around the same time ,Barclaycard admitted they have mis sold me Ppi on the card but they have no actual figures for the account as it's so old
But in there wisdom have offered me £104 saying that is a figure they worked out.

I haven't got any statements of the card but have a letter from a debt collection company saying in 2000 I had to pay outstanding amount on the card of £2049 or face court proceedings etc..
The debt was quickly paid off by myself soon after and proceedings stopped.
This to me is proof of figures on the account does anyone think this will be enough proof for them to revise there offer??
Thanks

The size of the debt has no indication of the premium or timescale.

I'm sure the statements would appear if I paid for a subject access request I'll give it a go!!

A SAR won't net you statements and, if the Bank have already said they have no records, it's very likely your Subject Access request will be a waste of £10. Your choice.

Did you send them a copy of the debt collection letter?
