I want to know how to go about reporting Mike Harrison Shipping to the authorites and how to make a claim to get money back for items missing in transit to end destination.
This is the second time I'm using this company and the last time. The first time was couple years ago my mother was going home for 2 mths and she shipped a barrel with food 3 weeks before she left. She never received her barrel until a month & a half within her trip she had to end up going to the grocery to buy food which she was avoiding. The 2nd time was problems again. We had items stolen from our barrels, so many that I would not have believed it if I was not in Trinidad when they arrived, they stole everything from underwear to food, my mother was in tears. when I called to complain I was just given the run around.
I feel cheated. Eveything they ever told us was a lie. We are back in London I have all the paperwork. Who do I turn to now?

Sorry to hear about this, you should contact your local Citizens Advice office http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
You could also take a small claim via https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
You should read the terms and conditions of the company, as international freight is governed by specific internationally agreed rules as to at what point liability and ownership passes, Citizens Advice is probably the best starting point.
Oh and by the way, don't use them again, they have an outstanding county court judgement against them and are overdue filling company accounts, so probably won't be around too much longer... Although the owners have a rather nice house in Chingford. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0 -
Lovely website... Fake registrations on some of the vehicles. Non taxed and non exported vehicles.
Accounts overdue. Negative equity?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
