Equifax refusing to correct incorrect electoral roll data

I have been on electoral roll at my current address continually for 4 years. From 2010-13 under my maiden name and then further to marriage in 2013 under my married surname. I informed the electoral services team at my council and filled out a form linking my 2 surnames so they knew the married surname was still fine. The electoral roll was updated no problem and there is a continuous record of me being at this address for 4 years. Equifax have acknowledged all the dates I am on the electoral roll and showing all the dates on my credit file but they are flagging up an alert on my report stating total time at my current address as 1 year. I have raised a complaint with them because they have acknowledged it is me under both surnames but they are refusing to show the correct total number of years which should he 4 years. They are really annoying me as clearly I am still the same person since marriage and they have acknowledged this but are refusing to correctly add up the number of years at my address correctly. Experian are showing the data correctly
