Should I Stay Paperless with Amex?

I've heard their customer service is generally good, and so I applied with paperless statements enabled.
Is there any reason to move back to paper statements? Will I ever need them where a digital one isn't valid, and will they charge for it?

I went paperless with my bank statements and now do all my banking online however I've deliberately kept my Credit Card statements as paper ones because it forces me to sit down and go through them when they arrive and that way I will instantly spot any suspicious activity.
I have a feeling that if I was to make them electronic I would start to get sloppy and just start casually scanning over them or even worse stop bothering to look at them completely and just pay what they ask for each month.0 -

With Passbook, I get instant transaction notifications on my iPhone. I also tend to log into my account online every day so that's not really a reason for me!0 -
I'm registered for paperless statements on both my cards with Amex but still get my paper statements anyway!0

I went paperless with Aqua but now I see that pdf downloads of statements have disappeared. Recently I needed to view information on the reverse of the statement which I couldn't do so I had to phone them. So now I've gone back to paper statements.
I think generally where bank statements are a form of address verification then originals are required but you should be able to get an original although sometimes for a fee.0
