Could you share your PP recipe please cookie? I have been trying to find a nice one for ages.

I would serve leftovers cold in a bun with some salad, rice and corn on the cob :)

It's really nice in steamed buns, Chinese style. I also add it various pasta sauces, pizza and also a pulled pork, cheese, onion and mashed potato pasty - sounds odd but tastes good just mix a little left over mash with grated cheese, finely chopped onion sauted off first if you have time and some pulled pork, put in ready made puff pastry to whatever your preferred shape is, glaze and bake.

Just made it. Yummy! Wish I had tried it sooner.
Used dry rub of salt, sugar, cumin, chili and cinnamon. Added chicken stock to slow cooker and cooked pork shoulder on a bed of onions. After 5 hours shredded half the pork ( will freeze the other half) and put it back into slow cooker with bbq sauce and some of the cooking liquid. Serve it in rolls with potato salad and coleslaw.

    grrrrrrrrrrr my tummy is rumbling!
my lot wouldn't eat it but it sounds scrummy to me, as for leftovers - what are they apart from a treat in a crusty roll.

I make pulled pork in slow cooker with two tins of kidney beans and plenty mashed scotch bonnet peppers, takes about 8 hrs on low. I have it in seeded wraps with hm salsa, guacamole, chopped peppers, sour cream, bit of grated cheese and refried beans. Make it Sunday for evening meal with plenty leftover for weekday lunchboxes...family fave :)
