Faulty TC Shower Tower

Hi
I purchased a expensive bathroom suite last year on my Visa credit card in 02 May. However this May my shower tower has stopped pumping out hot water. I called in a plumber and he notified me that thermostat valve is faulty and that i should contact the place where i purchased the shower tower from, as this would still be in warranty.
After doing some research i learned the manufacturer had gone in liquidation (Traditional Contemporary Bathrooms). I called the shop where I purchased the suite from and they told me, they are trying to resolve and locate the part from the supplier but however they are unable to provide me with a date and will get back to me once they will get an answer from their supplier (I feel they are trying to fob me off).
I have a credit card receipt and the delivery note with a breakdown of items purchased, but the delivery note does not indicate the prices.
At one point the sales assistant told me on the phone, that I might not have any rights as they had liquidated the other company from where I purchased the suite. So this has left me quiet worried.
Do I have any rights e.g. chargeback rights
