Hello all,
I run a website which may soon be offering manufacturers etc the opportunity to pay for advertising space. I am considering taking out professional liability insurance to cover this..any recommendations?

First question would be - do you need insurance? What loss would be suffered? Get a decent contract that limits your liability to the income you receive from that client.
Professional liability insurance can have substantial excesses which may exceed any loss suffered.0 -
Whats the worst case your website goes down?
Add a certain downtime percentage to your agreement/contract. After say 3 hours downtime you refund 24hours worth?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
