Am I entitled to a refund

Hi all
I was hoping someone can give me some advice.
I recentlt bought 2 sets of snorkelling equipment from Sports Direct for a holiday. However once we got there both of the masks broke. The clip snapped in the same place on each of them so I imagine this may be a known fault.

Anyway, I want to take these back to the store but I dont have my recipt.

Am I entitled to a refund for these? A replacement is no good to me as I had to buy 2 new sets while I was on my holiday.

If anyone has any idea then I would really appriciate it.

You need to be able to provide proof of purchase before Sports Direct can sort out any kind of remedy.

Did you pay with a card? If so, take in your bank/credit card statement showing the transaction.

If not, im afraid your out of luck.
