More Than House Insurance

Bit of rant coming up!

Organised my new house insurance over the phone with More Than on April 30th.

First of all they sent the documents to the wrong address, the second lot didn't arrive at all, and I've just received the third lot, 12 days after asking for them. They quote they can take 10 days to arrive and they don't do email!

But instead of a policy, (usually a good few pages long) all I've been sent is basically a piece of paper saying I'm insured and for how much - absolutely no details whatsoever.

Is this normal for More Than? I'm a bit confused and somewhat peeved.

They definitely don't work like their telly advert!

The last bit at least is normal for many lenders - the full policy wording is on their websites (e.g. here is where you can find More Than's policy)
