Wording on the rejection letter means No GPEOL will be applicable in your IAS appeal
e.g enforcement action will be taken for parking in breach of the restrictions
No vehicles can park in this area for any amount of time
Parking is not permitted on.........or areas in which parking is not designated

Ideally could do with seeing a photo of the actual signs detailing the parking terms too if you are able to get one

If you look at the rejection letter you will see that they have helpfully provided a photo of a sign. It's a little hard to read but I can make out the wording "Terms of Unauthorised Parking". Slam-dunk.

Thanks I'll give it a try when I'm in this week, trying to speak to someone in the management suite best?
Who to contact at Bluewater (name, email and phone number) is mentioned in post #3 of 'Successful Complaints about PPCs' which is one of the sticky threads I'd recommend you should read. Top of the forum. NO LINKS GIVEN (I never do just give newbies a link to a sticky thread) as it is imperative that you can click around the forum to page one and read the sticky threads near the top as that's how the forum will work best for you. It's why the sticky threads are at the top, to be read first and there are more 'sticky threads' at the top than just the NEWBIES thread (although you should re-read that too as it tells you how to appeal to the IPC which is somewhat similar to POPLA).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
