I don't need a response just a moan really, but how bloody stupid, My children get free transport to school as I receive WFTC, the council who provide the free transport have written to me stating that to receive free transport for the next academic year I need to send them my 2014-2015 full award notice by 20th June or I might not be awarded it; however I have not received my pack yet and according to the HMRC site it could be any time up to the 30th June..
I need to call the council, but seriously you would think they would be aware before sending out these letters.

Your LA can contact Tax Credits directly for proof that you are in receipt of TC. However, that is pretty stupid to say the least of them if they want proof of a fully renewed claim by then; timescales being 8 and 10 weeks this year and 31st july as the deadline date:rotfl:. Hope the pack arrives soon!0
