Right, bit of background info - claiming from Llloyds, been ongoing since April. No response to any of my letters so sent final one before starting court proceedings. Sent 'recorded signed for', only Royal Mail lost it!
Sent same letter again, and tracking on Royal Mail site said it had left the sorting office but didn't have any delivery details for three weeks. I took this to mean they had lost another letter so sent the letter for a third time.
Two days after I sent it Royal Mail replied to my complaint to tell me that the 2nd letter had in fact been delivered yet I still heard nothing from Lloyds
So... can I start the mcol process or should I wait until the 14 days in the most recent letter are up?
Any advice appreciated. Cheers

I would have thought at least one of the first two would have got there by now. I would go to the next stage, but you may want to wait a few days to see if they come back with a response.0 -

Two days after I posted the third one Royal Mail responded to my complaint email and said that the second one had in fact been delivered. I haven't received a reply and am pretty sure they won't send one but just wondered if it would mess the process up if I started MCOL now when the most recently sent copy states that they have 14 days?harder, better, faster, stronger0
