what de-flea-er do you use for a dog?

was asking on another thread about where to get advocate de flea pipettes, but actually, I use this as that's what the vet recommended.
I have heard there is a lot of resistant fleas around now, and bob martin stuff doesn't seem to be in favour, so would do you guys recommend please? it'd be easier if I didn't have to get a prescription I guess...

thanks as always

oh, its for a 6kg JRT if that makes a difference,

I think the greatest resistance is to Frontline or equivalents that use the same drug.
I have just ordered Advantage but I probably only use it about once a year as my dogs have very short coats- they seem to stay flea free!

I wouldn't bother with any Bob Martin products personally.
