CSA petrol costs

Do csa take into account petrol costs for an ex who has moved away. My ex has moved 70 miles away.. He is saying that csa will reduce his payments due to him having to collect our daughter. He has her less than 52 days in a year.

Since there is no shared care discount it is possible to get a reduction but how much will depend on what his costs are and it will likely be nothing or very little
assuming 1 child and paying 15% of net wage currently
if travel costs average out at £40 per week
CSA ignore the first £15 per week travel
leaving £25 costs which would be deducted from his income before the CSA calculation which would give a reduction in maintenance of £3.75 per week0
