so i searched out the ideal bed, a solid pine king size from a shop down south. they told me it would take 4 weeks to ship. after 4 weeks it didnt show up so i called them. nothing happened so i kept calling. then i call again and they say it will be in next week, it wasnt etc blah blah blah.
8 weeks after i originally order it I receive it this morning but its got damage on 1 of the rails. i call up today and ask for a replacement no trouble. i get home from work and give it all a good look over and its covered in bumps and scratches, some old and sanded over. Not only that but what they told me were 3 long holes are actually 3 long grooves with stuck on flimsy mirror material.
Is there anyway I can get all of my money back and not have to pay to ship it back to them? If memory serves I have 7 days to cancel the order and if it's broken I dont have to pay shipping, but this will be the 2nd time I've called them.

If you bought online then most likely yes, 7 working days to tell them you wish to cancel.
Also sales of goods act will allow you to reject it for a full refund and they should bear necessary costs0
