a load of rubbish was being thrown out of one of the work offices - i found some rover commemorative badges in a cheap plastic, velour box. Put it on ebay, bigged it up and a US collector paid £105 inc. delivery!! :D

I saw a 'Busby' carrier bag (irritating bird that advertised BT) go for several pounds - they used to be free about 20 years ago!

My best was a 'Bottersnikes and Gumbles' puffin paperback book. I bought it for 45p when I was 14 and got £25 for it last year. I almost recycled it!!!

I have a really old Hoover hoover.

I got it from DH uncles house when he died. I think it's from the 60's. I was going to list it and got laughed at but when i looked, there are loads on there.

I'm not sure how to post it though or i would list it myself.

Did Anyone read in the paper about the girl that put her boobs on ebay? She started off auctioning for someone to pay for them and her post got deleted so she listed the old ones for sale but put the T&C :rotfl: in her post i.s. not enough money - no silicon.

Also in the scottish sun today was story of someone who was posting old WWII hand granades. They were defunct but the bomb squade were called in when they showed up on the post office xray machine

We've got 2 old 16" colour TVs in our garage. Both have good pictures, teletext and remotes. One has a loose wire somewhere and periodically turns itself off. The other doesn't remember its channels.

Would they sell, do you reckon? It'd have to be on a buyer collects basis.

Blimey, I've got "Bottersnikes & Gumbles"! Might have to make the kids read it quickly and then sell it :rotfl:
We sold a broken Nintendo DS for over £21, which I was quite shocked at. broken cameras go well too.

I'm surprised at how well used make-up sells. I've got some Mac make-up on there at the minute, granted it's only been used once or twice, but it's selling really well!

I've got a Gumbles book too somewhere - will have to dig it out!

My mum actually collects some old out of print kids books - most go for about £10 a time, but there's some really rare ones that are worth thousands!

I've got a pair of slippers that are really only fit for the bin. Do you think they would sell?!
