    Well done OP - it has become PE's MO over the past few months not to put up a response to any POPLA appeals that have been clearly assisted by MSE and/or PePiPoo. I suspect in this case it was that plus the 'not relevant land' issue that caused them to slink away.
    The Assessor has considered the evidence of both parties

    How can the evidence of both parties be considered if only one submits such?

    If puzzles me why Trading Standards allow PE to continue to issue claims under contract law to RK's when POFA does not apply.
