Differing reports

I have checked my credit files through a number of agencies as I am looking for a mortgage after completing my DMP.
I'm a bit confused as to how they can differ so much -
Experian - Excellent
Equifax - Poor (due to lack of credit at my address and electoral roll)
Noddle - Poor
It's very weird. I do have credit at my address (Barclaycard) and have just sent off my form to correct the electoral roll.
Is there any way of knowing which credit agencies mortgage providers check?!

Most mortgage providers will check either all 3 or occasionally just experian and equifax.
Who have you contacted regarding the electoral roll information - equifax or the council? sometimes there can be an issue if the address is formatted in a slightly different way between what you use on your credit report and how the council report it for the e/r.
In terms of having no history with a particular agency, unfortunately that can happen as lenders don't tend to report to all 3 agencies.
Have all traces of your DMP/past defaulted accounts gone from all 3 reports?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
First Direct have just offered me a personal loan and can see the defaults still. I don't expect them to have gone for another few years, but I can't see them on Experian. Very strange.
