ECO Eon Boiler Ignoring Us!
Hi,
I applied for a free Eco boiler from eon in April. We had survey and we were told that the boiler should be installed by 15th May. The engineer came and said that we couldn't have the boiler fitted because the surveyor did not do his survey properly. He said that we needed additional work carried. We are meant to have a second survey and i phone everyday and i get the same old story and nothing ever happens. I feel like i have been discarded and ignored. They say we'll phone them or we'll pass the message on. Today i phoned and they said that the supervisor has not passed the job on and theirs nothing we can do.
Please could you try to get in touch with them and help me to resolve this issue as i have been without a boiler since March and i have 3 children and an elderly mother-in-law.

I'm sorry you're having such a poor time with this, it's not really our area of expertise I'm afraid
We do however have a dedicated team that deal with these issue and everything to do with the ECO scheme.
I'll ring them for you and give them the details you've given me and see if we can move this along a bit for you, so at least you'll know where you stand.
