Watch bought from thewatchshop sent for repair

Hi!
I bought a watch a while ago now from the watchshop. Somehow, water managed to get inside the watch face despite it being water resistant up to 10m. As the watch was still within the 2year manufacturers warranty, I sent the watch to thewatchshop who subsequently sent it to the manufacturer for repair about a month ago.
The problem is, the manufacturer does not have the parts for the repair, and the only replies I'm getting from thewatchshop are that the repair will start as soon as possible one the parts are available.
It's been nearly a month and a half now and I'm still watchless. What are the consumer rights with regards to this? Should I continue waiting?
