Fraud Against Me

Hello I would like some advice. My ex husband took out loans in my name, and even though I have proven with the companies involved that it was fraud these are still on my credit statement. What can I do to have these removed? I need a loan for a new car and cant get finance.

    By "credit statement", do you mean "credit report"?

    Tell (don't ask) the companies to inform the credit reference agencies.

    Yes credit report. When my ex took out the loans in my name they were automatically entered on my credit report. I have proved with help from the police that they have nothing to do with me but they have not been removed. I would like advice of how to have these removed and have my credit report cleaned up
