Dear Moneysavers
I have recently come across a promotion: "First Order GIFT" and decided to pursue it. However, after my first order, I was informed that this has been withdrawn last year. Although the shop stated in their T&Cs: "We reserve the right to cancel the promotion at any time.", is it not required to remove the offer from the website within reasonable amount of time? Are they allowed to keep the ad on the website if withdrawn?
Would you have any advice?
