Ikea fan here!
Have fitted three in each of my properties, in past, all very good!
Will be on fourth, for next project, which will be their new Metod model.
Use their free planner, on their site for ideas. Bit clunky at first, but works well. Prices it for you, as well.
If you do a Google images search, vansboys kitchen, there are a couple of pictures of mine and other Moneysavers examples.

Thanks, that's good to know! Have you ever been able to negotiate on price? or know of any discount codes?!0 -
Thanks - have you ever used them? Do you just go to them with a lit of what you want and they show you what they have in store? is there a warehouse you go to or is it done on-line?Jenniefour wrote: »Used kitchen company exactly what it says and some high quality kitchens for sale at good price and some ex display.
The only problem is finding a kitchen there which will meet exactly what you want and have on your plan, so better to buy one that has much more than you need in terms of units and ditch the ones you have left over (or put to another use). Saves you the cost (often expensive) of getting the one or two units you need to finish the job.
Worth looking on ebay as well. A friend of mine once got a complete brand new Ikea kitchen about to be put in a skip!! Happened to be driving by as builder was bringing it out. Amazing how many new kitchens get taken out by new owners.
Fab, I'll have a look on eBay too!0 -

That's one of the attractions of Ikea, transparent pricing, with no 'save a million % this week only' deals.
They do occasionally have an incentive, but the interest free finance, is pretty much a permanent feature.

Have they started making kitchen units with service voids at the back yet?. Or do you still see all the services (pipework etc) inside the units?.
Never quite understood the logic of this.0 -

The Used Kitchen Company act like an estate agent for kitchens, so they don't actually have premises or stock anything. They have a website with details of all the kitchens they have for sale. You make enquiries and sometimes can go and view the kitchen before its dismantled.0 -
Just looked at used kitchen website. some very pricey kitchens there! Even at the ex display prices.
But I guess somewhere there will be something for somebody.
