Help!!!

I am part way through reclaiming bank charges to the tune of £900 from Lloyds TSB and I have been to MoneyClaim to begin proceedings. Now without any warning from Lloyds, I have receievd a letter from their solicitors saying 'as I am aware, they are instucted by their client Lloyds TSB .....etc. etc. and please can I send on my my bank details to enter into a settlement! Well, this is obviously good news BUT as I haven't been made aware by Lloyds that this was being passed on I'm not sure if I should reply... Also, why do they need my bank details when Lloyds will have them???? HELP!!

Comply with whatever they ask, usually they ask for a list of charges even though they've been issued with them before  As soon as you issue MCOL Lloyds pass it over to their solicitors SCAM,
