Definnately go, check everything again. Turn on all lights and taps. get boiler fired up, open and shut windows etc etc.

Folk are funny. We did lots of views before and after exchange without problem, as the place was empty and the agent had keys; and just as well, because on visit 5 or 6 we discovered a significant plumbing leak which the vendor had to pay to fix...
But we know someone who got so irritated by the buyer's request to re-visit (she lived there) that she put her foot down... and the buyer walked away. So she lost the sale (which I suspect she was in two minds over anyway!)0 -
There's nothing wrong with needing another look around, with a tape measure, but it is still their house, so a dab of courtesy will smooth the whole thing.
Someone coming for a seventh look & I'd be telling the estate agent to handle it (& just cope with the state of the family house) by visit 2. I do not now & have not ever lived in a showhome!0
