Yeah it was a sticky back type which tore into thousands of little strips when we tried to remove it. No idea how long it had been in place mind, but it looked tatty and horrible!jellybeans wrote: »There are two different types of window film that you can get, ones that are sticky and ones that cling to the window due to static and a little bit of water. I have used and removed the static cling ones with no problem several times and they still look good. Maybe it is the sticky back plastic type that give problems removing?
I have no experience of static films, so if you say they are OK then I guess they are worth a try.0
