Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry indicates acceptance of rules.
1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, the Costcutter group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
3. To enter the promotion customers will need to log onto www.costcutter.co.uk, click on the Competitions’ tab and follow Foster’s Radler to the entry form. Answer the multiple choice question. Entry to this promotion is via the web link only and no written or faxed entries will be accepted. Standard network rates apply.
4. No Purchase Necessary to enter. Only one entry per person. No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid
5. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
6. Promotion will be open between and including 12 noon on 2nd June 2014 to 12 midnight on 22nd June 2014.
7. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified within 7 days of closing date. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 14 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant. The Judge’s decision is final.
8 Prize Winner may be required to take part in publicity. Winner’s names and counties will be available on www.costcutter.co.uk within 4 weeks of the draw.
9 The prize is 1 x Carrera Vulcan Mountain Bike - Medium 18". The prize will be delivered by courier to the address supplied by the winner within 28 days of confirmation of the award. Supplied flat packed, bike not assembled.
10. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
12. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the bike are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the bike. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
