Aspergers help please?

I'm looking for some help for my sister who is struggling with my 13 year old nephew at the moment. He has aspergers syndrome.
My sister and brother-in-law have the patience of saints with my nephew, however his behaviour is very testing, and he doesn't understand lots of things about social interraction etc, all the stuff associated with apergers. She needs help with managing his behaviour and how to explain social stuff to him so that he can understand and relate the info to another similar situation etc.
My sister is in touch with local support groups, however there isn't a great deal around here and I thought she might benefit from an online forum/support group which she could go to at any time of the day or night, when she's feeling down or isn't sure how to handle a situation. At the moment she is just so exhausted and 'down' with it all she doesn't have the energy to research it herself so I thought that I'd ask you lovely lot if you could recommend me any resources, whether forums, info websites, blogs, anything really that she might find helpful. She's got all the big national charity info, I'm looking for the more personal stuff so I guess blogs and forums really.
Thanks for any help you can give. My poor sister is finding it all really hard at the moment.

Our son is more at the low-functioning end of the spectrum, but most forums I've seen cover all the spectrum

I'm not sure about CAMHS, he has a Senco at school but I don't think she's given them much other than the national groups and the local branches of the national groups. From my perspective, I think she needs to speak to other parents who understand the frustrations. She does have a friend with autistic children but they are very different from my nephew so although they support each other, they can't really share experiences.

Most areas have local parent run support groups. I suspect that is the most useful resource for her (assuming she can muster the energy to actually go- as you say parenting an ASD child is very draining and sometimes there is just no energy left to attend meetings)
